Abstract


With the development of the oil industry , mining and testing of deep wells is increasingly important. Logging is an important part of the deep wells with logging system in wireless transmission cost savings , simple operation, the focus of current research . As the medium, the oil wall using an ultrasonic wave transmission means to transmit information to the Inoue . The underground oil wall is a special , high temperature and high pressure and strong reverberation channel ultrasonic communication system demanding requirements . Binary frequency shift keying ( Binary Frequency Shift Keying , 2FSK ) communication transmission rate is low , but stable , strong resistance to multipath effects , can be used as a means of communication in the underground complex environment . First studied 2FSK of signal modulation and demodulation principle proposed sender uses direct digital frequency synthesizer ( Direct Digital Frequency Synthesizer DDS ) produce 2FSK modulated signal , the receiver differential detection method demodulates . The low-pass filter is an important module in the differential detection method , the paper focuses on the distributed algorithm FIR ( Finite Impulse Response FIR ) digital filter . Non-integer delay delay unit for differential detection method , the use of non-integer delay filter to be addressed. Secondly, DSP Builder detailed design the DDS module in the system 2FSK modulation and demodulation system delay , multipliers and FIR low-pass filter module , and simulation of Simulink platform the 2FSK modem system . Then expand the DE2 board digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converter , using Verilog HDL detailed design of the various modules in the 2FSK modulation and demodulation system , and its synthesis, functional simulation and timing simulation . Final integration in a hardware description language design each module , compiled and downloaded to the DE2 board , the entire 2FSK modulation and demodulation system , and the system performance test , the test results show that : the design of the modem module in 2FSK signal peak - peak is higher than 0.85V , the to achieve the 0 ~ 19200bps adjustable transmission rate can be applied to the low rate of ultrasonic communication system .
