With the increasing standard of living , the car has entered every household, the highway has been all over the country a lot of cities and towns . But traffic accidents also increase as the number of cars increased, to prevent car collided has attracted the attention of the people of the country and even the world , and how we can avoid accidents as much as possible , to mitigate the consequences of the accident has become of our study important direction . This paper summarizes the current situation of the domestic and foreign automotive collision avoidance radar , automotive collision avoidance radar , issues related to the working principle and the overall design . Based on the one used in millimeter-wave automotive radar overall highway design and the various subsystems , given the performance indicators and system verification . Used in millimeter-wave radar system are LFMCW its simple structure , narrow emission spectrum , the distance and speed of the fuzzy accepted for processing simple , low-cost system , almost non-existent . Proposed on the basis of the FFT ZFFT transform , theoretical analysis and experiments show that the method in the case of guarantee FFT same precision , compared to calculate the amount of the FFT method significantly reduced . This article describes the development of DSP by the relative distance and relative speed between the DSP for measuring vehicle TMS320VC5410 chip for signal processing portion , processor characteristics , to ensure that the structure of the system is simple, low cost . False alarm is a more serious problem in the process of automotive collision avoidance radar , we have chosen to exclude a false target , to reduce the false alarm rate from the radar transmitter waveform and signal processing methods both . Through improved effectively reduce the false alarm rate . To improve the usefulness of the automotive collision avoidance radar .
