Abstract


The Geen Supply Chain Management has become a hot topic of today’s society. Because it considered the environmental problems of various links in the supply chain, paid attention to the protection of the environment and promotes the economic and environmental development. The Stakeholder Theory has already been an important tool of studying the corporate governance in the West. It was a subversion of "shareholders first" - the traditional corporate governance model, made how to balance the interests of all stakeholders become a new direction of research about the corporate governance.This paper links the Green Supply Chain Management and the Stakeholder Theory in order to find a new way for researching the Green Supply Chain Management, and solves the obstacles encountered of the Green Supply Chain Management currently with the analysises and the coordination of the Green Supply Chain stakeholders’benefit so that green supply chain can achieve better its overall goals.In this context, the start of the study is founded on a lot of references and domestic and international analysises which relate the Green Supply Chain Management, the Stakeholder Theory and their related fields. At first, based on analysing the obstacles of the Green Supply Chain Management which are caused by the externality and the asymmetric information, the paper proposes the objective of the integration of the Green Supply Chain and the Stakeholder Theory, and detailedly analyses the intrest conflict and relation between the Green Supply Chain and its stakeholders.Then the Stakeholder Theory is introduced to the Green Supply Chain Theory. The paper builds the Green Supply Chain model based on the Stakeholder Theory and analyses its characteristics. On the basis of building the model, the paper elaborates the Green Supply Chain Management based on the Stakeholder Theory - How to coordinate the conflicts of the Green Supply Chain’s and its stakeholders’interest. And then it establishes the performance evaluation system of the Green Supply Chain Management.Finally, the paper gives an empirical analysis to these theorises by the case of the Green Supply Chain of the Daqing oilfield industries.
