Abstract

Because the crime of multiple traffic accident, particu larity and complexity of the many differences in the academi c community produced. In this paper, the crime legislation t hrough the traffic accident profiles start to explore and st udy the traffic accident turned himself in the crime of comm on crime and the circumstances of the judicial determination of liability issues and incidents, and published author on the above insights.Full-text is divided into four parts. The first part of the analysis of the circumstances of this crime, surrendered to the problem of identification. Focused on analyzing the traffic accident with no escape and fled after the surrender of two cases identified, holding the view that the circumst ances that meet the conditions of surrender, fled after t he traffic accident should be determined whether or not surr endered. The second part of discusses the problem of identifi cation of an accomplice in this crime, the main analysis of the common fault of complicity in the traffic accident, as w ell as complicity in escape behavior of the identification. Criminal negligence in the practice of co-operation exists,a nd is in contravention of provisions of criminal legislation , criminal acts of contributory negligence shall in accordan ce with its status, occupation and so different, in clarifyi ng the facts were based on the conviction and sentencing, ca n not be dismissed as to Traffic accident on crime. PartⅢdescribes the traffic accident crime and the crime of endan gering public safety in a dangerous way, the fault in a dang erous way the crime of endangering public safety and with in tentional homicide and deliberate assault, the boundaries of identified problems and in judicial practice criteria for t he distinction. PartⅣdescribes the responsibility of this crime, the problem of identification. Key analytical respon sibilities on the certificate is the legal status of traffic problems, I believe that should not be recognized as consti tuting the basis for the traffic accident, one of the crime, which itself is only one of the cases the evidence.
