Abstract

Computer game industry in China started relatively late compared with the developed countries, but since the reform and opening up, especially after joining the WTO, ushered in a stage of rapid development. With the popularity of computer use in the home, the demand for computer games are rapidly increasing our current there 2000000-4000000 gamers, the computer game industry in China market in 2007 amounted to 9.64 billion yuan, nearly 10 billion yuan mark. Computer games from birth to the present, has become quite a popular industry, and entered a relatively mature period. Throughout the development of the computer game industry in China, there is hope, and the glorious but at the same time we can not fail to see that there are many obstacles. Such as computer games software piracy is rampant, the international intellectual property disputes after another, and so on, are a serious impediment to the sound development of China's computer game industry. Computer game software with a good spread and high economic rate of return, and software piracy has become the hardest hit. Directly associated with piracy, identify issues related computer software copyright infringement violations. In this paper, the \contribute to the intellectual property protection of software in the computer game industry in China.
