Abstract


This paper uses literature review method , observation , interviews , questionnaires and statistical method a variety of research methods , Dalian Polytechnic University Polytechnic Teachers Human Resource Management survey and analysis of teachers in vocational colleges Human Resources management of some of the ideas and thoughts of the reform . The first part explains the background and significance of the study , the main research content and methods as well as domestic and foreign research status ; second part defines the concept of vocational education , human resource management , and vocational colleges teachers , human resource management , and interpretation humanity Assumption theory , incentive theory and human capital theory , human resources management theory ; the third part Dalian University of vocational and Technical College , for example the survey on the main problems of the college teachers in human resource management and analysis; fourth part of the main problems , the countermeasures and suggestions of the faculty of human resources management reform , and other vocational colleges want to be able to provide a reference for the role , including specific measures and recommendations : improve the talent the introduction of a mechanism to improve the teacher training system to play the role of performance appraisal , compensation management of the implementation of scientific . Higher vocational college teachers of human resources management reform is imperative, but also in its infancy , scientific management and distribution of effective reform measures , in order to make vocational colleges teachers further in-depth reform of human resources management carried out .
