Abstract


Consulting industry in China is a sunrise industry, consulting industry is a knowledge-intensive industry , in a way that a country or region consulting industry also reflects the degree of development of their degree of economic development . Management consulting services ranging from strategic consulting, cultural consulting, marketing consulting , human resources consulting, production management consulting, information technology consulting. Management consulting firm itself experiencing both unprecedented opportunities for development, but also face more intense competition in the market challenges. As the management consulting industry is growing, some small companies have mushroomed now becoming more competitive within the industry , therefore , a correct understanding of the competitive situation of the industry , to develop appropriate strategies are insiders priority. In this paper, Beijing Tiancheng management consulting firm and the ground as the research object ( hereinafter referred to as heaven and ground ) , using PEST analysis , analysis of business outside of the political, economic, technological, cultural and other environmental factors ; using SWOT analysis of hair, inside and outside the enterprise key factors were analyzed ; and the use of \Meanwhile, within the enterprise and the natural ground level of management , marketing , service , and quality control, research and development capabilities , financial condition and management of corporate conduct a comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of internal evaluation and analysis of firm-specific skills and important weaknesses. Then use the Boston business level of analysis and comparison of proof , guide enterprises to develop their own business advantages , disadvantages abandon the project and use the opportunity to provide strategic business alternatives . And then by analyzing the business development strategy and competitive strategy, combined with already established long-term business mission and corporate goals, companies should determine the choice of competitive strategy and competitive strategy implemented security conditions .
