Abstract


Now , almost any data -driven procedures to be used in the report . Traditional custom reports developed heavy workload , the late maintenance heavy statements are facing huge challenges in terms of flexibility , ease of use, efficiency and data consistency . Some flexibility of the system is poor , and can not meet the needs of users , but also have some flexibility of the system is very good , but it is based on the complexity of the report design process , the cost of professional , operational efficiency and data consistency processing is not very better. The author attempts to study and develop a common reporting system , the user through the simple operation can quickly achieve the design of a variety of reports , showing maintenance work . Without writing code , easy to operate , and practical. The first part of this paper analyzes and summarizes the business development and research status quo of the current reporting system , statement of the advantages and disadvantages of each program , and to lay the foundation for further research . Summed up behind the universal realization of the program of the reporting system , a comprehensive and detailed exposition of the development of technology and the development of methods of reporting system , and made ??full preparations for their own Chapter of the system . The authors achieve the system to meet the day-to-day functional requirements of the users of the statements . The system consists of four modules : the construction of the table module , form submission module , report rendering module , report maintenance module . Automatically build the table function is set for some new statements , table structure and table data conversion from Excel to the back-end database ( such as Oracle, Sqlserver) , has a lot of practical . Form submission module to achieve the bulk of the data submitted . Report rendering module to meet user demand analysis , print statements , and analysis of multi - source related statements to achieve efficiency improved . Statements maintenance the module edit user- specific statements , including field attribute editing and editing of specific records .
