Abstract

With the rapid development of rail transit, railway vehicle as the main transportation, people pay lots of attention to the safety, ride index and comfort. Especially the high-speed train, there are more sticky commands for it because of the fast speed. Through many dynamics performance testing work for vehicle, then take these work as the important reference of vehicle optimization and running safety evaluation. Processing the data quickly, make accurately analysis and hang out report becoming an important link. The existing processing programs are loosely and used much software, with bad conformity and efficiency, the management of data is also not good enough. According to these problems, this paper aimed at testing signal data of railway vehicle, design a comprehensive analysis and management software to improve the data processing efficiency, mange the data and test information powerfully, reduce the time spend on test reports. This paper use the Delphi software as develop tool, and take uses of VCL components library such as Python for Delphi, HDF5 for Python, DewLabStudio to write the software operation interface and make the data analysis available. This paper integrates and executes the relative processing arithmetic for railway vehicle test data. in software. Use relative signal processing method to pre-processing data, make time domain and frequency domain analysis, calculate the ride index and comfort, obtain relative results and export reports form. Apply Hierarchical Data Format 5 to mange and store data files, improve the read write speed greatly, shorter the data processing time, makes the data management simply and conveniently.
