Abstract


In recent years , office automation (OfficeAutomation, OA) becoming foreign and domestic enterprises , the service sector to improve the efficiency of the principal means. Along with the computer technology and communication technology as the representative of the development of information technology , workflow technology has become a key technology to achieve office automation , office automation it provides the basic platform to achieve the process logic and business logic separation , support for analysis of business processes and standardized definitions, reduces the complexity of the development process applications more difficult . And improve the management efficiency of the application system , effectively shortening the business process cycle, so that a large number of business people from the previous transaction freed to focus for more important things . Firstly, the development process for the office automation and workflow technologies are analyzed . Followed by a detailed investigation of a trading company , summed up the business requirements , and business processes carried out a detailed analysis , design and development work for the follow-up has laid a solid foundation. Again, the combination of the trading company 's specific business needs, establish business process model . Then cover the tree based on a detailed analysis of algorithms and Simplification rationality of the model validation process , the use of these two methods were established for this process model for a reasonable verification . Finally, on the basis of business analysis functional modeling . ForwfFrame workflow components based on logistics management , investment management, complaint management and other modules in detail design, including architecture design, business process design and database design , and gives a concrete realization. Ensure the complete workflow to achieve a reasonable flow, workflow technology implemented in an office system application .
