Abstract


With the IT driven the rapid development of modern science and technology and the continuous improvement of the social productive forces , the enterprises in the competition facing many pressures , such as procurement costs continue to increase faster product updates , individual enterprises are often difficult to deal with . In today 's economic globalization , how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises , so that the various effective allocation of resources beyond the scope of an enterprise , which requires effective communication and collaboration between different companies . In this context , the idea of collaborative commerce came into being. This thesis is a clothing manufacturing enterprise informatization construction engineering background , combined with the manufacturing information engineering , Zhejiang priority theme project \collaborative commerce platform . The platform around the core needs of enterprise applications , enterprise resource planning extends to the management resources of its partners , in order to achieve the collaborative product development between the core businesses and partners , co - production , Collaborative Supply collaborative design function . Collaborative commerce platform based on the paper focuses on the negotiation mechanism based on the platform . This mechanism includes the the initial proposed mechanisms and proposals - Anti proposed mechanism . The same time, taking into account the differences in the current market environment and historic environment , corrected the data with the market factor resulting in the negotiation process , the initial proposal of using the negotiated reference data through the use of case-based reasoning (CBR) technology . At the same time , the paper evaluation method of multi- attribute utility functions used in the proposal evaluation process . In proposal generation phase , the paper studies the realization of a variety of strategies , including time strategy , resource strategy , the other behavioral strategies and integrated strategy . Comprehensive strategy , the right to re- time parameters to dynamically adjust the strategy adopted by the negotiators . Finally , according to the research objectives of the project and demand characteristics of the model enterprise , NET technology , design and development of collaborative commerce platform based consultation system , to support the core businesses and partners online interaction .
