Abstract


In the highly competitive global market environment, with the rapid development of information technology, in order to survive and seek development for the enterprise, it is no doubt that access to accurate management information for the enterprise business strategy to point out the way forward. ERP management information system as a prominent representative of a number of large multinational companies at home and abroad is widely used as advanced management tools. ERP application to provide a scientific and efficient management process, broaden enterprise management ideas, management process and management models to the implementation of ERP systems are continuously optimized and improved, and also provide a lot of support of the decision-making for managers.Based on the research methods used method of theory with practice, the Nokia Siemens Networks implement ERP systems engineering services as advanced information management system is to reduce the project cost, with high-tech information technology to replace manual work duplicated services in order to reduce the large amount of capital flows and human error, so as to achieve cost savings, optimal allocation goals.Through the introduction of the company’s business background, ERP core concept of thinking of the theory, combined with the company ERP system implementation, the corresponding project management processes of the system and recycling, has been further improved and optimized. Project management combined with scientific theory in the practical application of ERP systems, project management system for the impact of the various stages a detailed description. Discusses how the application of the enterprise ERP system to improve project management efficiency and do good cost control.The author of the practical work in the enterprise ERP application, get some inspiration. I think that in the implementation process of ERP system, there are still some areas need to be improved, pending further study and research. And hope that this article discusses the contents and outcome of management for other companies to provide certain areas of significant reference value.
