Abstract


Electrical switching operation is an important work of the substation operation duty personnel . The operation ticket automatically generate the system can greatly reduce the intensity of the work of the operating personnel , improve the work efficiency of the operating personnel to improve the modern enterprise management level . Shanghai 500kV underground substation prototype developed automatic billing system , the use of expert system language CLIPS . The key findings are: 1 . Using CLIPS development the AutoInvoice expert system , related fields of knowledge representation and some form of organized , completed the design of the knowledge base . In this system , a mixture of the two because of a wide variety of equipment and secondary equipment for different devices have different operating rules , using CLIPS up to represent knowledge , object-oriented notation equipment -oriented process notation to operate process control , and has good compatibility and scalability . 2. Use of COOL language of CLIPS6.0 , defined power equipment model derived according to the respective device type substation transformer class , bus, cable , switch , protective device class . For one device , through the slot values ??reflect the coupled device , type, status , etc. , and for secondary devices, reflects the protection of the associated apparatus and the switching state . 3 in accordance with the relevant rules of order , the establishment of the the operation rule base . Around the operation of equipment , spare , repair and disabled 4 ways to convert the automatic billing tasks on a day-to-day operations . Operating rules to the the keyword task type and the voltage level of distinction. Often include many small tasks for a complete switching operation is a big task into several sub- tasks , each sub-task corresponding to a sub- rules , effective way to avoid redundancy and duplication . The automatic billing system has been in an underground substation simulation training system testing and application . The results show that the system can open a variety of day-to-day operations task operation ticket includes a secondary operation , effectively improve the operating personnel to fill the correctness and normative operation ticket .
