Abstract


Cost management is an important part of modern enterprises’project management, which is of great importance of guarantee the smooth implementation and successful promotion of the products. The loan repayment by accumulation fund project of HN CCB is one of the key innovative product projects to improve important customers’service level, with the guidance of "customer concentrate" business strategy. It is vital to HN CCB in improving the horizontal competition ability in housing finance fields.By references of research results home and aboard,this issue makes deep and detailed analysis and researches on the cost management of repaying loans with accumulation fund project of HN CCB. It makes discussions on the strengths and weaknesses existing in the cost management project with data and paragraph, on the aspects of the project resources planning preparation, the project cost estimates, the project cost budget, the project cost control, etc. This issue makes improving suggestions according to the recent problems in the project on cost management and IT project cost development and enterprise project management situation home and aboard.
