Microwave circuit nonlinear theory analysis and research has gradually aroused people's concern. This paper first to the traditional nonlinear representation method is presented on the basis of the nonlinear scattering function method this new representation method. Nonlinear scattering function considers the harmonic generation, and can be used to analyze the nonlinear characteristics of the circuit. Key research its definition and physical meaning, property and the network connection expression form. After that, in this paper, the large signal microwave device puts forward the black box modeling method. This method does not need to know the device internal structure and mechanism of action, need to know the performance characteristics of the port can fit the device parameters of the equivalent model. Artificial neural network is developed rapidly recently a black box model, and wavelet analysis and neural network combining wavelet neural network to solve nonlinear modeling has become an effective tool. Wavelet neural network modeling method is based on frequency domain measurement, this paper introduces the nonlinear devices in a real large signal is measured, and the working conditions of the solution, build the nonlinear scattering function test system, through the calibration and test won a large number of data. Based on the device test data, using the wavelet neural network for nonlinear modeling to the device, and building a successful model used in amplifier design.
