The paper studies the one-dimensional , two-dimensional conducting sea above target high-frequency electromagnetic scattering problems . The target sea composite scattering field is divided into sea and objectives scattered field and the the secondary scattering field to solve , and consider the target edge diffraction field . Kirchhoff approximation to calculate the one-dimensional , two-dimensional conductor rough sea surface electromagnetic scattering field , sea scattered field changes with the angle of incidence and scattering azimuth , and analysis of the frequency of the incident wave , wind speed , sea scattering field ; equivalent Edge Currents method to calculate the conductor of a square plate , diamond plates, cube, cylinder , the sharp cone column and trapezoid body scattering cross section , and the results with the commercial software CST and FEKO compared two better agreement ; reciprocity theorem and equivalent Edge Currents method combined coupled scattering properties of the target sea . Conducting plate are given , numerical results the the sharp cone column and the composite trapezoidal body and the sea to the scattering cross section with the angle of incidence changes , improvements not take into account the results of the target edge diffraction field ; analysis of target size , target distance sea the height of the sea surface wind speed and frequency of the incident wave composite scattering field ; and numerical results with the experimental results were compared , both in good agreement . Finally, using time-domain integral equation method to calculate the time domain scattered field of the sea , the sea surface current analysis of the different angle of incidence on the far-field results . Time Domain Equivalent Edge Currents general law theory , given the general steps of solving the target time domain field .
