Abstract


China's reform and opening up over two decades , has made ??brilliant achievements . From the introduction of the number of foreign investment point of view , it is expected that this year the actual use of about $ 85 billion of foreign investment , foreign direct investment in developing countries to absorb most countries . Which , in a country of many investments in China , Germany was one of the first with China , the country of investment cooperation . As China 's largest trading partner in Europe , Germany, developed industry and technology has a strong complementary relationship with China , but also the strength of German companies , focusing on developing relations with China . Therefore , China has always attached importance to the German investment in China . German direct investment in China , however , on whether China produced the expected technical overflow , to bring a positive effect not previously unnoticed problem . Therefore , this paper will focus on the technology spillover effects of German companies direct investment in China , and the actual impact on China , and analysis of its technology to absorb and generate spillover benefits from China , Germany , two aspects come to Germany to China direct investment in China to exist of technology spillovers positive effect conclusion .
