Abstract


Shaanxi is a province of an agricultural economy , rural economic development is the prerequisite of economic growth in Shaanxi Province . Solve the \The county economy is the collection point of the intersection point of the urban economy and rural economy , agricultural and industrial development of the county economy is the focal point and a breakthrough to solve the \Economic development can not be separated from the financial support from the County economic development situation , the county finance economic growth has demonstrated a certain extent , become a \Therefore, the study of the status of financial repression of the County to analyze financial support to the economy of the County , to explore and to seek solutions to this problem , the degree of inhibition of the county economy has important theoretical and practical significance . This paper uses the method of descriptive analysis and empirical analysis of modern rural financial development theory and its research methods , in the clear county economic implications on the basis of analysis of the current situation of the financial development of the county economy in Shaanxi Province and County reveals financial support of county economic presence in Shaanxi Province, like the county Finance insufficient supply , the outflow of capital , further from the Shaanxi overall , and Shaanxi Heyang example angle county Economic Growth in the financial support by the endogenous economic growth model to empirical study the phenomenon of financial repression county Economic Development . Finally, the optimized configuration of the County financial resources and the promotion of the County Economic Development is the fundamental starting point proposed a deepening county financial reform and improve the financial Shaanxi county economic development support level policies and recommendations : promoting the county financial system innovation and improve the county financial market ; build a diversified, multi-level and efficient financial services system ; optimize the external environment .
