Abstract


Enterprises in the pursuit of profit, to seek and to optimize the mode of financing is one of the critical expansion mode. With the development and improvement of China's stock market, private equity financing tool to achieve the goal of financial intermediation, some companies deal with difficulties in financing and one of the effective way to defuse the risk of capital management. Small and medium innovative enterprises how to utilize modern financial capital instruments to broaden the financing channels, to achieve industrial upgrading, companies need to consider the problem. How a combination of equity financing and corporate investment projects, explore reasonable equity financing is still a theory and practice of the issues to be explored. A machine tool manufacturers, the research topics for example, the private equity financing in resolving corporate finance on the feasibility and the actual process of operation. The study concluded that the real state of China's capital market is relatively lagging development, private equity financing mode as an entirely new way of financing of capital to SMEs in the short-term supply and pass on the economic risks of the enterprise market has a certain role, is also regarded as a realistic option. Moreover, with the enterprise's own expansion and adjustment of governance mechanisms, private equity financing could become an important part of the design of these enterprises intrinsic incentives. Article integrated use in the analysis of modern economics, management processes, and financial analysis tools, through specific practical data, a simple model, exploration research, and at the same time to demonstrate the feasibility of this model in the appropriate industry comparisons. On articles and research ideas, the first private equity financing model theory are reviewed and clearance, foreshadowing the theoretical analysis, and then introducing the topic, analyze the project through financial comparison of its costs and benefits, discusses the project The possibility of the implementation. Finally, in the conclusions of the study to determine its evaluation, the combined analysis of the research project conditions put forward some suggestions. The article is mainly composed of seven chapters. The main innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, the introduction of corporate private equity expansion mode to machine tool manufacturers, private equity investment theory and the practice of corporate investment, explore private equity expansion mode existed in the use of the problem and the main influencing factors. Second, in the long-term growth advocates enterprise governance structures and private equity financing model should be dynamic combination, to do financing mode with governance mechanisms to adapt. Third, in the policy proposals put forward suggestions and opinions on the feasibility and operability.
