Abstract


Objective: Through a variety of methods of questionnaire, literature data access method, the quality of employees below the county of Pharmacy and urban quality of employees contrast, logistic regression analysis, analysis of the status quo of the Beijing region below the county drug retail enterprises Pharmacy Quality of Personnel and gap exists and the urban drug retail enterprises Pharmacy on the quality of employees, looking for the factors affecting the quality of employees of the pharmaceutical retail enterprises Pharmacy, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions should be taken to improve the pharmaceutical quality of employees of the county following drug retail enterprises. Methods: (1) survey of drug retail enterprises in the Beijing area below the county pharmacy practitioners, a basic analysis of the County following drug retail enterprises Pharmacy practitioners; then through professional pharmacy practitioners assignment scoring with Beijing the urban drug retail enterprises Pharmacy quality of employees to a comparative analysis, a more objective evaluation of the county following drug retail enterprises Pharmaceutical Quality of Personnel in the status quo, there is a gap, so as to provide the necessary basis to improve the quality of employees of the County following drug retail pharmaceutical enterprises. (2) by the logistic regression method to find the quality of employees of the pharmaceutical retail pharmaceutical enterprises in the affected counties following factors and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Results: (1) logistic regression analysis results indicate that the main factors affecting the pharmaceutical quality of employees of the county following drug retail enterprises including: education level, the status of work time, whether engaged in the process of this career regular continuing education or training vocational qualification level and frequency of continuing education or training. (2) by comparison with the data analysis shows, the pharmaceutical quality of employees of the pharmaceutical retail enterprises in the Beijing area below the county there are still more hidden dangers and shortcomings; the pharmaceutical salesperson pharmacy practitioners largest share, but the overall quality is low; vocational qualification certificate system can effectively guarantee the quality of employees, is not suitable to the quality of the following titles evaluation County pharmacy personnel; gap between urban and rural quality of personnel, the pharmacy must enhance the quality of employees below the county level of professional qualification certificates should enhance and strengthen the continuing education and training to encourage raising the cultural level three aspects are addressed. Conclusion: government, industry, enterprises should make joint efforts to fulfill their responsibility to improve the quality of employees below the county drug retail pharmaceutical enterprises, and protect people's drug safety. Specific measures include: Government attaches importance to continue to strengthen the management of pharmacy employees below the county; raise barriers to access to pharmaceutical salesperson, mandatory vocational qualification certificate system; strengthen the continuing education and training, the implementation of the credit system; pharmacy practitioners are encouraged to continue to learn and further studies enhance the cultural level.
