Abstract


Groups of migrant workers is the product of social reform in China , its development and changes more or less subject to the constraints of the system . Thus, the system of migrant workers building regardless of the original policies and systems or of original institutional change trends there are some path dependence . The old-age security is a citizen should have the right to old-age security system in the process of change should take into account the characteristics of different groups of people , combined with the prevailing economic , socio-cultural , political philosophy , and other factors , covering different sectors of society groups . From the point of view of the household registration , the entire peasant-workers are all weak agricultural household registration population ; geographical point of view , compared to the the domicile rural workers groups , foreign household workers in rural areas but also in a more vulnerable position . The author believes that the construction of a system , not just the internal affairs of the system , will be subject to the other system ; Thus, the establishment of migrant workers pension insurance system , must be considered to rural endowment insurance system for urban workers basic pension the construction and development of the system , so as to be able to state pension insurance system as a whole -building strategy consistent .
