Abstract


Reform and opening up, Chinese commercial Banks in 30 years, sustainable growth has made remarkable achievements. Meanwhile, arising from the commercial bank assets security issues have also become social economy and the corresponding supervision department issues of concern. But the most obvious way is the safety of commercial bank credit assets. This paper emphatically discusses commercial bank credit assets risks, and separately from theory and practice this paper describes how to use the COSO theory comprehensive preventing commercial bank credit assets have potential risks.’Risk’as a commercial bank credit assets with the inherent characteristic, is matching with profitable.’Risk’a definition emphasized risk reflected uncertainty, while another definition emphasizes the performance for the loss risk uncertainty, financial risk that belongs to the latter.For better put accused of all kinds of risk factors, western scholars provide us with a powerful analytical tool-COSO system. For the primary business goal in the safety of modern commercial bank, we will make full use of the COSO theory in the credit assets safe guard.
