Abstract


Radio and television network industry is a mere twenty years of history of the emerging industry, but in this short span of two decades , the industry has experienced institutions, state-owned monopoly , market competition three major historical changes . For an increasingly competitive market environment, the radio and television industry's most urgent task is to transform their business model and philosophy , and in which the human factor is crucial, it is the key to the company's core and source of competitive advantage , and effective compensation management system is the company operating conditions for success , but also the core of talent management . In this paper, a systematic study on the basis of the theory of compensation management , combined with M City radio and television network company's actual situation , research and analysis of the M City radio and television network company human resources management status and remuneration management problems , pointing out that compensation goals and company strategy , disjointed policy and culture , there is no standardized pay system , the lack of scientific and systematic evaluation mechanism and other issues is the company's compensation management problems in the main crux . And from the company's management philosophy, corporate culture, corporate systems and management tools and other aspects of the remuneration management problems the main reason.
