Abstract


In recent years, with the advance of the agricultural modernization and urbanization , in the vast rural areas produce a lot of surplus labor , the existence of surplus labor had an important impact on China 's economic and social development , and attracted domestic and foreign scholars widespread concern , this is one of the important research areas is the transfer of rural surplus labor problem . For the study of this problem , more scholars focus on the national level, or labor provinces such as Shandong, Henan , involves very little of the remote areas , especially in minority areas . Based on this , the paper selects the scarcity of natural resources , land conditions typical of the ethnic minority regions - Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the object of study , draws extensively on the basis of the results of the existing estimates about the number of surplus agricultural labor , the choice of a moderate agricultural population quantitative model number of surplus agricultural labor force in Ningxia is estimated that 278 million people in the conclusions drawn should be the number of the agricultural labor force in the province in 2008 need to be transferred , but the number is far less than the number of actual transfer . Then this conclusion -depth study, a detailed analysis of today's Ningxia rural labor transfer the status quo , and empirical analysis to verify the degree of coordination of of Ningxia rural surplus labor transfer and economic development , on the basis of analysis the main problem faced by the related factors that affect the of Ningxia rural surplus labor transfer of rural surplus labor , and finally , the results of the various studies of integrated front on how to promote suggestions and Countermeasures in Ningxia rural surplus labor transfer .
