Abstract


As the world the process of economic globalization, foreign direct investment boom and is deeply affects the evolution of the world industrial structure. Our country is in a period of rapid economic development and industrial structure adjustment, to study the effect of fdi on industrial structure adjustment has a realistic significance. This article from the different aspects of the analysis of utilized foreign direct investment in China and the impact on industrial structure adjustment; According to the macroeconomic data, using co-integration correlation method, statistics method, empirical analysis. Come to a conclusion shows that economic growth and foreign direct investment in China, there is a long-term and stable relationship of foreign trade, foreign direct investment to our country industrial structure adjustment has promoting effect also bring some negative impacts.
