Abstract


Since Chongqing became a municipality in 1997 , the economy continued rapid development of financial support played a major role in economic growth . However , the substantial increase in the total amount of financial support at the same time , support for Chongqing industrial structure optimization is relatively slow . Chongqing to irrational industrial structure have become increasingly prominent phenomenon , the overall level of the country in a backward position , restricted the sustainable economic growth of Chongqing . Chongqing economy to achieve scientific development of urban and rural , must increase financial support , and guide the direction of financial support , promote strategic industrial structure optimization . To this end, this paper, by studying the the Chongqing industrial structure and financial support industrial structure optimization and the situation in order to find the direction of Chongqing 's industrial structure optimization , and explore how financial optimize the allocation of resources between different industries , in order to better play Chongqing advantage of scientific and rational way to promote Chongqing optimization and upgrading of industrial structure , promote sound and rapid economic development of Chongqing . Thesis is divided into five parts : First, from the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of financial support industrial structure optimization ; followed to compare the international experience of the financial support optimization of industrial structure ; third in Chongqing industrial structure optimization and analysis of the situation on ; the Chongqing financial support industrial structure optimization and analysis of the issues ; Finally, the financial support of Chongqing industrial structure optimization and policy recommendations . The authors believe that , on the whole the Chongqing industrial development is the middle of industrialization heavy chemical industry stage, but the serious imbalance in industrial structure . The need to improve the financial system , enhance the level of financial services , and enhance the strength of the financial sector , and to improve the efficiency of financial support industrial structure optimization .
