Abstract


Bidding is correct or not , related to whether after winning the bid and the benefits related to the company 's future development. This paper briefly reviews the development process of bidding system for bidding aspects of the various elements of a brief introduction , the construction of power grid construction from affecting factors Bidding Strategy analyzes the cost-related factors as well as profit -related effects factors, elaborated business objectives and offer the choice of strategy as well as the relationship between the construction of power grid construction bidding common strategy . After studying abroad for Bidding existing model, combined with the current market conditions to find a suit of power grid construction construction bidding decision model - Friedmann model, and test engineering examples through the validity of this model , and achieved satisfactory results.
