Abstract


Urbanization is a necessary process of the formation and development of every city, under normal circumstances, the higher the level of urbanization, more Request for Resources and Environment, greater pressure on Resources and Environment. The technical level is relatively certain cases, the level of urbanization is largely characterize the level of consumption of the resources and environment, the urbanization speed and scale determines the strength and quantity of consumption of resources environment. The same time, in the case of resources and environment capacity constraints, the consumption of resources and the environment, but also reduces the ability to support elements of the Resources and Environment, which in turn will inhibit the process of urbanization. This article to the administrative region of Xi'an scope of the study, a comprehensive analysis of the resources and environment of the study area and urbanization information and data on the basis of empirical research on the relationship between the Xi'an Resources, Environment and Urbanization, and use it as the basis of the degree of coordination between Xi'an urbanization and resource environment evaluation. Its main content and research results are reflected in the following aspects: (1) the use of the revised Growth drag model Xi'an example, the calculation and analysis of the degree of decline in the level of development of the land and water resource constraints due to urbanization. The results show that: due to water constraints, the development of the urbanization level to decline 0.010875 percent; due to the constraints of the land resources, urbanization level of development each year to decline 0.004696 percent; growth damping and 0.015571%, the current lack of constitute a constraint to the urbanization of Xi'an. (2) to select resources representative environmental indicators, and the analysis using Granger causality test and impulse function of the consumption of resources and the environment in the process of urbanization in Xi'an. Results: urbanization of per capita water consumption per capita urban construction area, the impact of the per capita amount of exhaust gas is obvious. (3) for the study, 2000-2006 Xi'an urbanization subsystem and resource environment subsystems combined with the membership fuzzy mathematics model of the coordination of the two to make a judgment. The results show that between 2000 and 2006, the basic coordination degree in two ranges. 2002, 2003 in a well-coordinated state, the rest of the year is the quality coordination state. (4) Finally, Xi'an Urbanization countermeasures and suggestions, including the intensive use of resources, encourage technological innovation, and actively improve the environment, and build an ecological park, and improve the resources and environment management system.
