Abstract


Since the the floating securities market commission system , the commission of war between securities companies increasingly intense , securities companies facing strategic transformation . Haitong Securities as a research object , refer to the successful experience in the business transformation process in the mature markets abroad floating commission system to analyze the state of competition it faces , to explore how securities companies in financial innovation environment , out of a successful path . This paper first described the development of China 's securities markets and securities industry with the status quo , and analysis of the current business situation and the difficulties faced by Haitong Securities . Then , through the analysis of foreign securities firms Merrill Lynch , Charles Schwab and Goldman Sachs transformation strategy adopted in the face of the floating commission system , trying to figure out the success of reference available Haitong Securities . Next, analysis of the current financial innovation of the domestic securities market environment , the combination of the domestic environment for innovation , competitive strategy of Haitong Securities taken . Finally, through the analysis of the development of Haitong Securities put forward a number of constructive suggestions .
