Improve the resolution of the seismic data is one of the main tasks need to be addressed in the digital processing of seismic data, and to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the seismic record is a prerequisite to improve the resolution. This paper is to study the matching pursuit (MP) algorithm in seismic data denoising. The paper first describes the noise characteristics of the seismic data and its causes were brief introduction and analysis, thus denoising method commonly used in the coherent noise and incoherent noise. Then, the basic theory of sparse decomposition and matching pursuit (MP) algorithm principle and specific detailed instructions. The MP algorithm seismic signal decomposition, the analysis of the characteristics of the seismic signal, select a non-zero phase Ricker wavelet to build a complete dictionary, and have achieved very good results. This article by the opposite wave interference characteristics, using the MP algorithm based on frequency filtering for the removal of pre-stack seismic data in surface wave interference. The method mainly use of a frequency characteristic of the surface wave interference to select a threshold frequency value through experience, the MP decomposition process is less than the frequency of the thresholds when frequency atom removed, so as to achieve the purpose of the removal of the surface wave interference. According to the characteristics of the MP algorithm, the MP algorithm speed exponentially decreased with the increase in the length of to be decomposed signal. Therefore, in order to further improve the speed of the algorithm, the text by the discussion of the two add window method, using a the the adaptive windowing processing method to reduce the length of each step decomposition signal, thereby improving the overall speed of the algorithm. Finally, the paper used to remove the linear interference pre-stack seismic data based inclination scans MP method. This method makes full use of the linear interference characteristics, the first use of the the linear coherence properties of linear interference dip scanning and small window, the interception of the seismic data to a small area for processing. Then by correlation analysis of the data body to determine whether the data vivo contain linear interference, the average correlation coefficient of the data is greater than a threshold then the body of the data contain linear interference need them denoising processing. Based on the characteristics of the the linear interference frequency characteristics and its linear distribution, the paper further proposed frequency removal method and displacement method for removing frequency parameters and atomic displacement parameters that were used the MP decomposition when the extracted frequency to determine the atomic whether to meet linearity interference characteristics, to achieve the effective removal of linear interference. The algorithm can also be applied to the small window technology, for the time window selected text specific analysis. Method proposed above, the text for the simulation of the actual seismic signal, and the results are analyzed in detail, and to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
