Abstract


Firstly, it gives a general introduction about the research, including its background, status, purpose, meaning and the content. And then, it shows the "XYZ" model, a three-dimensional integrated optimization model about regulation, which is built up by using the system dynamics theory. The meanwhile, it summarized the problems and structure relationships through the research about the technical specifications of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company. It explained primarily from the two states(production and emergency) which is the general situation of the technical specifications with the standard of the carftwork. The content, function and significance of the technical specifications with the standard of the carftwork is reflected more really through realistic typical cases. With the further practicality, the model of the improvement nested and the one of the operation repaired are established, and it gives a number of methods improved. It also provides a software system flat for using the technical specifications and the standard better, by the design and programming of software system management for many norms and standards of Changqing Oilfield Company, with management system software technology.The corporation regulatory model impacts directly on its economic efficiency, and the integration improvement of regulatory model is a very important and most complex issue, which must be taken into account many factors such as people’s unsafe behavior, and material insecurity, deficiencies in management,energy, environment and etc.. Therefore, a structure with space optimization equation is built up, by system dynamics optimization theories and techniques. combined space-time structure and operating characteristics combined, study on the practical integration of optimization model system for the company. The model used is described by a dedicated language, and the space structure is described by spatial coordinates. This research is scientific and systematic, and owns the identities of stability and continuity. The meanwhile, it plays a catalytic role on corporate governance. With the observation of the formation and operation process, the analysis about the interaction between internal parameters and order parameter for the security production long-efficiency regulatory guarantee system, which is useful as the cooperative guarantee and long-term development to the safe production of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield.
