Abstract


1998 China Yangtze Huaihe River , Songhua River and the Pearl River floods occur simultaneously , where the Yangtze River basin-wide floods were caused 4150 deaths and economic losses 255.1 billion yuan . National People's Party Central Committee and the State Council at the call of the deployment , the united as one , struggling to flood , and ultimately won the national flood victory. In this paper, the Yangtze River flood of 1998 cases from the perspective of information dissemination on the issue of flooding , with the contact point for the social state flood information system integrity inspection. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the first chapter discusses the 1998 flood of information dissemination characteristics ; second part of the second, third and fourth chapter discusses the 1998 flood of information dissemination process, including information on the warning period , the spread of the outbreak and convalescent process ; third part of the fifth chapter discusses the 1998 flood dissemination of information related to the problems and propose countermeasures. By analyzing the flood of information in how to collect , identify , communication and feedback , lays out a clear and complete information delivery system, and in the analysis of the problem , based on the establishment of a more comprehensive flood information system put forward relevant countermeasures.
