Isolation and Determination of Coli Group in Dairy Products in Inner Mongolia

Abstract


The test based on the detection of coliform GB coliform -positive samples from different regions of Inner Mongolia dairy products ( including cold drinks , milk and yogurt , a total of 68 products ) isolated 143 strains , according to the fermentation characteristics of coliform bacteria culture and colony characteristics of 108 suspected coliform strains isolated using physiological and biochemical methods to be identified . This study the isolated strains were identified using SDS-PAGE method than with standard strains final draw : Escherichia coli 44 , accounting for 40.7% of all the strains ; Fraunhofer ground 's Citrobacter 20 , accounting for 18.5% of all the strains ; 20 Klebsiella pneumoniae , accounting for 18.5% of all the strains ; Enterobacter cloacae 24 , accounting for 22.2% of all the strains . Contamination rate of Enterobacter cloacae in the cold is the highest , 14 ; Escherichia coli contamination in milk powder and yogurt rate is the highest , 16 milk powder , yogurt , 18 ; addition to the Escherichia coli contamination rate than high milk powder , Frau Dietrich the Citrobacter majority , 8 ; Klebsiella pneumoniae yogurt majority of nine . In this study, the basic clear types of coliform contaminated dairy products and the proportion of infected size , an important guiding significance for the future establishment of the rapid detection of coliform bacteria in dairy products and production , quality control work .
