Abstract


Capital structure refers to the value of corporate capital structure and various proportions , it embodies the corporate stakeholders between rights and obligations. For businesses, which directly affect the company's capital management and development . Modern corporate finance theory suggests that corporate capital structure determines the company's financing costs , and because the creditors and shareholders of the company's control over the issue , the final decision of capital structure in which the value of the business and the level of risk affecting the company's performance . Determine a reasonable capital structure is conducive to business healthy, sustainable and efficient development . The concept of capital structure has been proposed from being affected by the economic circles of great concern to the researchers , is the theory and practice sector has always been a hot topic. Commercial banks as special business , capital structure is different from the general corporate capital structure characteristics, for the capital structure and the relationship between bank performance studies can reveal not only the intrinsic link between the two , but also for commercial banks to establish investment and financing decisions and capital structure provide a theoretical basis for decision-making , enabling banks to maximize performance . In this paper, 16 commercial banks have been listed as a sample , the focus of China's commercial banks operating status and capital structure problems , in the empirical analysis using SPSS software , based on the commercial banks proposed to improve the capital structure policy recommendations. Article first from China's commercial banks capital structure and performance status quo of the bank's capital structure and performance of the relationship between the theoretical analysis . Then the sample data by selecting the sample bank capital indicators and comparative analysis of the structure , capital structure of the sample reveals flaws , inadequate and why. Then this paper, 16 samples based on panel data bank to build a comprehensive system of performance indicators , using principal component analysis, regression analysis of horizontal and vertical empirical analysis . Finally , according to the results of empirical analysis , proposed to improve the capital structure of commercial banks , the level of policy recommendations to improve performance .
