Abstract


By the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the global financial crisis is the most serious economic crisis since 1929 , had a negative impact on the world economy . Excessive financial freedom coupled with regulatory and financial innovation failed to catch , caused by the lack of supervision is considered to be the root cause of the crisis can be said that the regulatory authorities in the United States can not shirk its responsibility . The crisis is also the world's financial regulatory mode a comprehensive inspection, crisis countries to reflect on their own regulatory system deficiencies , the United States , the United Kingdom and the European Union unveiled a financial regulatory reform program . For our country , the China Banking Regulatory Commission in an effective shield against the financial crisis spread to the domestic banks play an important role , but there are some problems . Total assets of China's banking industry accounts for more than 90% of all financial assets and economic growth to a large extent dependent on the sound operation of the banking system , the importance of banking supervision is self - evident .
