Abstract


Since its accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001 , China's export trade is the rapid development of export trade had a huge role in promoting economic development , but in a time of rapid growth have to deal with the imbalance of international payments to increase the lead to trade frictions , export The amount of expansion of the deterioration in the terms of trade , urgent issues such as upgrading the industrial structure of export products . The export tax rebate and the RMB exchange rate policy are two important means to regulate the export trade , has been widely used in China 's reform and opening up , how can we maximize the role of the two policies , it becomes very important to make it reasonable to use with . This paper uses data from 1995 to 2010 , the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis , a comprehensive analysis of the impact on China's export volume and export commodity structure of the two policies , carried out a detailed comparative analysis of these two policies , proposed two policies with a way to achieve both to expand the scale of export trade , but also to promote the goal of upgrading of product structure of export trade , which made ??a number of targeted policy recommendations .
