Abstract


In recent years, the state has increased macro-control , social housing residential security system has been further improved , a huge number of affordable housing for low-income persons is set off a wave of construction of a new round . At the same time , the global energy crisis and environmental issues is increasing is threatening the survival of mankind homes . Behind the materials , technology and the extensive mode of production , as well as a general increase in living comfort requirements , making the total building energy consumption in China is soaring year by year . The huge building energy consumption , our national economy has become a huge burden on the sustainable development of human settlements environment is stuck . As vulnerable groups in the society , the urban poor not only have the right to live , with the improvement of living standards , have higher requirements in the comfort of their living environment . But the improvement of living comfort inevitably brings increase building energy consumption , which makes affordable housing energy becomes more and more important and urgent . To get out of a sustainable development path suited to China's national conditions , ecological wisdom , in the application of traditional architectural design combined with modern technology and the needs of the times to solve the contradiction between the \. This article is in the energy-saving status quo of affordable housing in Xi'an ( including three affordable housing and low-rent housing ) on the basis of field research to understand the basic situation of households living situation of the state of the environment , interior space , equipment use situation , energy saving and economic conditions as well as energy-saving intentions and other related issues , analyze and summarize the key points out there are still problems of its energy efficiency as well as the need to pay attention to energy saving , in turn , from the level of settlements planning and architectural design , from both the passive energy-saving measures in targeted screening of affordable housing suitable for the climatic characteristics of Xi'an energy-saving measures .
