Abstract


After the financial crisis , China's economic transformation and in a critical period of industrial restructuring , the outstanding performance of this period an alternative for the working capital , capital deepening and frequently FDI inflow and outflow of domestic seems little research will focus in the capital deepening effect on FDI , if we are aware of this impact, we will be more effective grasp of FDI on the socio-economic impact . In this paper, Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities as a sample, using the Hausman test after endogenous capital deepening through the system GMM two-step method to estimate the impact on FDI capital deepening . More use of the comparative analysis method, the dimensions of the situation in different regions were compared in order to provide more specific information on the conclusions . This study commenced around two parallel ideas , capital deepening in the empirical analysis of the relationship between FDI and mechanisms at the same time , we try to take advantage of the resulting conclusions presented in the background to explain some phenomena ; This article will examine the following four aspects : ① FDI on capital deepening and qualitative analysis of the relationship between the constructed capital deepening impact on FDI theoretical model ; ② measured using the test method validation related capital deepening on FDI ; ③ after adding heterogeneity factor , more impact on FDI capital deepening differences ; ④ for theoretical and empirical findings , providing relevant policy recommendations.
