Abstract


In recent years , the frequent snowstorms raging bring serious loss to many countries , including China , the rail transport . In order to reduce losses to a minimum , and to make full use of the snowstorm existing infrastructure , personnel and equipment , to evacuate stranded passengers due to disasters as soon as possible . In this paper, the snowstorm case line through capacity flexible variation of the opening of the railway line for passenger line program analysis modeling . The main work is as follows : By understanding the types and characteristics of the snowstorm , combined with the actual situation of China 's passenger line analysis of the harm caused by the snowstorm in the railway passenger dedicated line , so as to formulate snowstorm conditions , rail transport measures and countermeasures . Analyzed the general pattern of the the snowstorm line through capacity , proposed transportation capacity concept the Passenger Line railway flexible snowstorm cases , analysis snowstorm in different states lines through the ability to interrupt condition, in the introduction of discounted train on the basis of time , derivation of the method of calculation of the commuted value through capacity in special circumstances . And the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and through capacity variation based on the Markov process snowstorm . Determine existing railway affected by actual ability state value method , proposed theory of Dedicated Passenger Railway Line through the ability to calculate a snowstorm . Combining the characteristics of China 's Passenger Line , influencing factors analysis snowstorm Passenger Line passenger train plan , and provides snowstorm operators case open line program parameters . Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method , consider the the snowstorm case of many influencing factors , the fastest evacuation of stranded passengers as the opening line of the target program objectives planning model . And combined with the actual situation of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway , to simulate the affected section of the snowstorm , the opening line of the Beijing - Shanghai high-speed rail program model . With Excel Solver function solving the model of passenger train plan .
