This paper systematically studied different immune stress state under broiler performance, nutrient digestion, blood biochemistry, muscle quality, immune function and gut microbial flora variation investigate immune stress from the point of view of health and nutrition and nutrient redistribution mechanism, optimize broiler immune program to provide a theoretical basis. In accordance with the single-factor test design, the choice of 540 1-day-old Cobb500 broilers were randomly divided into five treatments, each 9 Repeat every 12 repeat. The test is divided into non-free, to simplify the immunization, routine immunization, immune hyperactivity and immunosuppression five treatment groups. The test of an immune stress on growth performance, nutrient digestion and muscle quality results show different immune stress on broiler feed to gain ratio had no significant effect (P gt; 0.05) LPS hyperthyroidism and CPM immunosuppression significantly reduce broiler the body weight gain and feed intake (P lt; 0.05); immune stress energy apparent digestibility of no significant impact (P gt; 0.05), stress significantly reduced the apparent digestibility of DM and EE (P lt ; 0.05). Trend CPM inhibition reduced apparent ileal digestibility of dietary CP (P lt; 0.05) Jane Free, normally free and CPM suppression group dietary CP apparent digestibility were higher (P lt; 0.01); CPM suppression significantly increased muscle drip loss (P lt; 0.01). The results show that: the reasonable control of feeding and environmental conditions, without immunity does not affect broiler performance and immune stress will reduce broiler digestibility of dietary DM, CP, EE, affect feed intake and body weight gain is not conducive to the growth of broiler and production. The test two immune stress on broiler immune function and immune parameters results show that different immunological stress of 42 d broilers peripheral blood leukocytes, lymphocytes, the number of granulocytes and G / L ratio of no significant impact (P gt; 0.05) LPS hyperthyroidism group and CPM; compared with the control group, LPS hyperthyroidism significantly increased broiler spleen index (P lt; 0.01), the CPM inhibition significantly reduced broiler bursal index (P lt; 0.01); suppression group were reduced Intestinal secretory IgA levels (P lt; 0.01). 42 d age serum IgG LPS hyperthyroidism group than the non-free, simple free and often free group was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01). Different immune stress on late broiler peripheral blood B lymphocyte transformation rate no significant shadow (P gt; 0.05). Pre-performance hyperthyroidism group was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), and the suppression group tended to decrease; 26 d, often free, and a the hyperthyroidism group of ND antibody HI titers significantly higher than the no-free group (P lt; 0.05). LPS hyperthyroidism group and CPM inhibition of serum lysozyme less free groups have reduced trend (P gt; 0.05). The results showed that: no immunity and immune simplify enhanced broiler mucosal immune function. This experiment, LPS injection activate the humoral immune response. CPM injection inhibit the development of the bursal suppress cellular immune responses. The relationship between the results of the test three different immunological stress state under the broiler cecal digestion and microbial flora ERIC stability and reproducibility of the test results, the test reaction system and amplification conditions were good. ERIC-PCR amplification products the majority of which are 500 ~ 3000bp size gene fragment; the cecal microflora map clustering results show 21 d age LPS hyperthyroidism group compared with no free group cecal flora DNA fingerprinting higher specificity, CPM the suppression group at 76% genetic similarity based on fingerprint specificity. The group of 42 d of age CPM suppression Jane Free group and often free group compared with no free group cecal flora DNA fingerprint specificity were higher, while the LPS the hyperthyroidism group map specificity is not obvious. Often free group, LPS hyperthyroidism group and the CPM the suppression group cecum CP digestibility was decreased, and the late highly significant difference (P lt; 0.01). The results showed that: different immunological stress state the obvious structural changes of intestinal flora, can be used to detect structural changes of the intestinal flora judge broiler immune stress level. Broiler in immunological stress state, fecal CP content by cecal microorganisms affect large, it is reflected through the detection of fecal CP apparent digestibility of feed CP utilization accuracy decline. In summary, the reasonable control of the rearing environment on the broiler not immune or simplify immunization can be achieved with routine immunization same production performance. Immune stress changes the structure of the intestinal flora, reduce intestinal mucosal immune function, affecting both humoral and cellular immune responses, lower broiler diet digestibility and thus affect the growth of broiler.
