Abstract


The ecological environment is the basis of human survival and development , is the basis for social progress and economic development . Protection and construction of the ecological environment and realize sustainable development of the environment is one of the major issues of worldwide concern . The project is a strategic departure from the promotion of the Xilinhot regional economic and sustainable development , the implementation of the project a large extent, improve the ecological environment of the Xilin Hot City , in the the Xilinhot surrounding the establishment of an eco - green barrier .
