Abstract


China is the world's pesticide production and use of power . Since the reform and opening up , China 's pesticide industry , the rapid development of pesticide production annual growth rate of more than 15% , the total production of the highest in the world ; years in major crops such as grain and cotton fruits and vegetables on the use of an area of more than 50 million mu . Therefore, the strengthening pesticide management has great significance for the healthy development of China's agriculture sustainable and stable growth , protect the interests of the \This paper briefly introduced on the basis of domestic and foreign pesticide management and legal system of China 's pesticide management is the progressive realization of the process of standardization and systematization of information technology , analysis of the effectiveness of pesticide management in recent years , mainly reflected in: pesticide product structure further optimize pesticide market order to further improve the quality and safety of agricultural products to further enhance and further enhance the competitiveness of the pesticide industry , pesticide management, international cooperation and exchanges become increasingly active . Pesticide enterprises in Zhejiang Province in the process of development and expansion of product structure is becoming reasonable , steady improvement of product quality , research and development capabilities continue to improve pesticide management work carried out in an orderly manner through research and analysis of pesticide production and management situation in Zhejiang Province over the past decade show that : . Pesticide production product structure is still relatively simple formulations aging and high export dependence , pesticide management , there are also multi-sectoral management , intersectoral confuse pesticide management threshold is too low causing pesticide market disorderly competition and lead to the quality and safety of agricultural products and environmental concerns and other issues. In response to these problems , this paper proposes strengthen the pesticide quality supervision ; strengthen the quality control of pesticide formulations ; actively carry out new pesticide formulation research ; improve pesticide management threshold , to protect the quality and safety of agricultural products ; to rationalize pesticide management system , to effectively change the long management of pesticides phenomenon and other measures to further enhance the level of pesticide management in Zhejiang Province .
