Abstract

The city and the rapid development of modern industrial brought many environmental problems , including heavy metal pollution has been more and more attention . In this study, Liu versicolora Plagiodera versicolora Liu black hair aphid Chaitophorus salinigra Shinji and Baoding main greening tree species weeping willow Salix babylonica as material , kept indoors and biochemical measurements , Liu versicolora Liu black hair aphid feeding growth and development of the combined stress of lead, cadmium , lead and cadmium weeping willow leaves , changes in body protein content of free radicals , a variety of enzyme activity and test insects body lead , cadmium content . Designed to reveal the the ecotoxicological effects produced in different types of insect feeding heavy metal stress weeping willow leaves provide important theoretical basis for further study of insects for the heavy metal stress response mechanisms of heavy metal pollution on all aspects of the food chain . The main results are as follows : 1 , different heavy metal stress test in their head capsule width, body length, food consumption , food utilization, weight gain in the amount of influence the trend is different , but were significantly inhibited Liu larvae versicolora , take food and growth . 2 , Liu versicolora larvae Stress Resistance ; heavy metal stress Liu versicolora protective enzyme system in the body , mainly in the early growth and development has been greatly affected , and detoxification enzymes affected mainly in the late pupal stage performance is the most obvious . 8d for a loop , lead, cadmium , and combined stress , willow black hair aphid protective enzyme system in vivo showed that 16d-24d 4d-12d of the same trend . Lead, cadmium , and combined stress , willow the black hair aphid body acetylcholinesterase in the first 24 days was significantly higher , while the former 20d was not obvious . Carboxylesterase in the pre- change , while the latter did not change significantly . Glutathione-s transferase showed 4d a cycle , i.e. , 12d -16d , 20D- 24D and the first 4-8d , the same trend . 4 , feeding on the same Quality Score stress weeping willow leaves , of black hair aphid body of Liu versicolora Liu variety of physiological and biochemical indicators trend is slightly different , but the impact is greater than the combined stress of lead and cadmium insects indicators lead , Cd single duress . 5 , feeding the same quality scores the heavy metal stress weeping willow , willow the black hair aphid body lead content was significantly higher than Liu versicolora , while the cadmium content was significantly lower than Liu versicolora .
