Canada goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) origin in North America, now the invasion to Europe, Asia, Oceania, known as a worldwide invasive alien weed, serious invasion of the region's biological diversity and agriculture, economic threat. Prevention and control methods for the manual eradication of chemical control, biological prevention and control of alien organisms in recent years in the country getting attention, this study using two main ecological security and economic value Cuscuta native plants: Dodder and the South Cuscuta in experiments under controlled conditions, considering the important ecological factors of light, moisture, soil type, allelopathy, parasitic selectivity from vegetative propagation, photosynthetic physiological indicators grouped experimental evaluation of results of two Cuscuta plant parasitic control Canada a of Huanghua the feasibility and applicability, and its parasitic influences to provide a reference for the biological prevention and control of Solidago canadensis. The results are as follows: a feasibility study (1) Allelopathy: Solidago canadensis leaching solution extract Dodder Cuscuta australis germination rate slightly inhibited both germination potential impact is not significant. Allelopathy of Solidago canadensis rhizomes both inhibition has not been able to reach a significant level that affect their lives. (2) wound Frequency: Dodder Cuscuta australis Solidago canadensis wound frequency were higher, so sowing the seed can be a wide range of delivery. Options: (3) parasitic dodder Cuscuta australis legume Solidago canadensis produce significant tropism, the former tend to wound the soybean, Gramineae Leptochloa certain frequency winding. Therefore, the practice should avoid large range of beans ground. Two applicability of its the parasitic impact (1) screening of experimental conditions: orthogonal experimental results and their analysis of variance showed that the light on the parasitic impact of the most serious shade (30%) natural light conditions, Solidago canadensis not normal growth , Dodder Cuscuta australis grows slowly; moisture impact, followed by semi-arid conditions greatly suppressed the dodder, particularly in the South dodder germination rate; dodder seed germination rate both soil types only slightly affected, while the growth of Solidago canadensis and two dodder growth of no significant impact. Parasitic trials exclude serious shade, the level of semi-arid and the soil type and other factors. (2) parasitic experiment: To observe the growth stages can be parasitic dodder Cuscuta australis Solidago canadensis; vegetative growth indicators show that the parasitic plant height of 1.2 m or less Solidago canadensis plants produce highly significant inhibition of more than 2 m. plants without significant impact; physiological indicators show that the parasitic reduce Solidago canadensis chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, biomass, and proline, MDA, soluble sugar content had a significant impact, the various indicators of the performance of the basic observed speculated that match. (3)-like experiment: 8 1 × 1 m2 plots the dodder Cuscuta australis by the artificial the frozen the simulation winter conditions the seed germination rate of more than 5%, the plots of Solidago canadensis plants an average of nearly 28% parasitic far more than 18.27% of the other non-Asteraceae weeds, confirms the view preference parasitic Compositae plants Cuscuta, Solidago canadensis easy Send a distance is also larger than other weeds, visible second generation Dodder and Southern the Dodder life force and is still the second generation of Solidago canadensis parasitic selective, to ensure the persistence of the control effect.
