Objective: Retrospective analysis summarized in the comprehensive treatment of 157 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients after 6 months , 12 months and 24 months , overall survival , analysis of the impact of advanced non-small cell lung cancer prognosis . Methods: A retrospective survey research methods , collecting admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University , January 2006 - January histologically or cytologically confirmed 157 cases of clinical data and survival data for patients with advanced NSCLC , application SPSS survival analysis , the Kaplan-Meier method to draw survival curve analysis ; using the log-rank test (Log-rank) of each factor in whether there is a statistically significant difference in survival time ; above prognostic factors were analyzed using Cox proportional hazards model . The results : 1 . Overall median survival of this group of patients was 13 months , and 6 -month survival rate was 80.3% , and the 12-month survival rate was 58.0% , and the 24-month survival rate was 25.5% . Single factor analysis showed that the patient's gender , age, clinical stage , pleural effusion and multiple metastases on the prognosis of patients were not statistically significant (P > 0.05 ) ; pathological type has no influence on the prognosis , but survival time 6 months patients in each group was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ) ; survival time of 12 months of treatment between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05 ) . Multivariate analysis of survival time to establish the Cox proportional hazards model displays the patient's gender , clinical stage, treatment affects both the patient 's prognosis . Conclusion: The treatment is an independent prognostic factor affecting the survival of patients with advanced NSCLC ; pathological type ( survival of 6 months ) , gender , clinical stage, have a certain impact on the prognosis of patients with advanced NSCLC , but not as an independent prognostic factors.
