Abstract


With the new round of restructuring the telecommunications industry and the official release 3G licenses,3G network access based on large-scale construction period, the operators to focus on core business, further expanding the intensity of maintenance outsourcing, network maintenance outsourcing has become the communications industry generally phenomenon. JSTCC as a traditional construction companies, maintenance of the project the new face of telecommunications services, is necessary for the system of risk management.In this paper, Nanjing Telecom maintenance outsourcing project risk management study to project risk management theory as a basis, first introduced the project contents and requirements, then the process of risk management for the five major process, telecommunications maintenance outsourcing project in Nanjing characteristics, the risk of the project planning, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring and control of five key risk management process was more thorough research. The first is the use of risk identification techniques, the different risks of project identification and comprehensive analysis of the initial. Secondly, the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods of risk assessment; and then use different coping strategies proposed risk response measures. Finally, five risk monitoring and control of project risk monitoring and control to effectively control and reduce project risk.This paper aims to combine theory and practice using the method of Nanjing Telecom maintenance outsourcing project risk management research to reduce project risk, the project is expected to achieve the purpose. The method of JSTCC project risk management has a certain value.
