Abstract


Business performance evaluation is a necessary means to maintain a competitive advantage , and the growing importance of its role by the people . How a correct understanding of the problems in the performance evaluation , timely grasp the fields of enterprise performance appraisal management developments , \the business goals the eventual realization of a very important theoretical and practical significance . Hunan Telecom Huaihua, a municipal branch of China Telecom Group 's companies, there are many problems with the complex and changeable , the company 's existing performance appraisal system of telecom operators market no longer meet the requirements of enterprise development , performance evaluation system , and defects ; performance evaluation system is not perfect , imperfect serious impact on the rapid development of the company and motivate and retain knowledge workers . Through the analysis of the status quo of Hunan Telecom of Huaihua branch performance evaluation system to identify the main problems , at the same time , the use of the performance evaluation of the theory , as well as key performance indicators the law ( KPI ) , advanced performance appraisal rating scale method system design techniques and methods , trying to explore the performance evaluation system to fit the current development status of China Telecom , China Telecommunications Corporation and excellent regionalization \the company has the operability performance assessment program . Hunan Telecom Huaihua , to re-examine the original performance evaluation system to design and build the new employee performance evaluation system in line with the development of the enterprise status .
