Abstract


Chinese etymology research as an important part of the Chinese language studies in China more than 2,000 years of history . Origin of the cases in the pre-Qin classics to the professional contemporary scholars of Chinese etymological theory , systematic and discipline is gradually moving towards independence . The face of the modern era and academic transition Etymological Study has been looking for its modern approach .
