Abstract

With the development of the world economic integration, the developed countries has set off a trend of investment liberalization, investment liberalization trend is changing market access for foreign investment. The introduction of foreign investment on the host country is a good opportunity to enhance economic development. Realizing open and free market access to investment is a trend that the whole world is following. But if the timing is not right for the host country it can damage the basic market structure, and can cause pollution to the environment and host country can lose control of economy, which may cause abnormal development of the host economy, can not survive and develop national industry and thus long-term dependence on developed countries. Therefore, market access system for foreign investment is important to country to attract foreign investment and it can determine the host country to benefit from foreign investment.This paper will address the concept of market access for foreign investment system and comprehensive introduction to the scope of market access for foreign investment from representative countries, and their market access for foreign investment forms, market access approval system, etc and conduct a comparative study.
