Abstract


Corporate finance strategy is one of the main functions of the corporate strategy. Enterprises generally have to go through four phases, initiation, expansion, stabilization and decline, and different stages of development should have different operational risks, financial characteristics and corresponding financing strategies. There are different operational risks, financial characteristics and corresponding financing strategies in different stages of development. The main task of Corporate finance strategy is based on fully cognition on own condition and existing capital market, to choose investment direction, define financing channels and methods, adjust enterprise internal finance structure to formulate the appropriate stage of its strategic investment and financing.The Guangdong Guangye Asset Management Limited Company ("Guangye") is chosen as the analysis subject of investment and financing strategy in this article. Nowadays, Guangye has become top strategic large-scale enterprises. The reason that it can achieve such a remarkable achievement is inseparably for setting the company’s overall development strategy and carrying out different financing strategy for the investment and financing in each historical stage.In this article, it mainly analyzes Guangye’s series of financing strategies managerics of the listing and asset securitization in specific historical stages, according to economics, statistics and other relevant theories knowledge, and using charts and figures to analyze its internal and external environment. And it is based on the analysis to analyze and evaluate its Company diversification of its financing strategy. Through analysis on the Guangye Company, to obtain revelations on strategic management, and it also make rationalization proposals of Company’s investment and financing strategies for Guangye Company.The significance of this article is to view Guangye’s success and failure objectively, analyze its different financing ways in different growing stages to evaluate its effects through the specific research, to discuss the effects of the evaluation of theory in corporate finance strategy on how to be effectively applied. In addition, with the theory, it can play a practical guide role on the other enterprises.
